The Stampin' Up! Upcoming Card Class!

Blackberry Bliss Color Comparison

I thought I would show you a comparison of the new In Colors to other current Stampin' Up! colors. First up is Blackberry Bliss which has quickly become a lot of people's favorite of the new 2014-2016 In Colors (mine included...I think!).

As you can see, it is a much deeper, richer tone of purple than Elegant Eggplant (second from the left). From left to right the colors are Perfect Plum, Elegant Eggplant (I don't have that ink pad!), Rich Razzleberry, and then on the far right is Blackberry Bliss. What are your thoughts? Isn't it divine?!

Sea Street

Today's card is a 3x3 using some of the new In Colors. I think the little octopus from Sea Street is so darn cute! I was able to preorder this stamp set before the new catalogue went live, and the DSP is from the Moonlight DSP stack which was also in my preorder.

Loving the In Colors!

I must admit, when I got a sneak peek of the new 2014-2016 In Colors at the new annual catalogue premier I was less than thrilled. However, now that I have seen them in person and have had a chance to create with them, all I can say is YUMMM! Step aside Rich Razzleberry....Blackberry Bliss is in the house! Hello Honey is a warm yellow with a bit of a brown undertone, Lost Lagoon is a lovely blue, Tangelo Twist is an "in your face" kind of orange, and Mossy Meadow is well...just a nice, rich green!

Today's card showcases some of the new In Colors (Blackberry Bliss, Tangelo Twist, and Hello Honey) as well DSP from the Moonlight DSP stack. The Endless Birthday Wishes Stamp Set was just released last month and is already sold out but Stampin' Up! heard our cries and it will be available again on June 17; if you haven't picked up Endless Birthday Wishes yet, you are definitely missing out! It has a wonderful combination of cursive and typed sentiments that is quickly becoming my "go to" set for birthday sentiments.

This photopolymer stamp set sold out very quickly after it's release last month and I anticipate it will sell out again. Bootiful Occasions

Hello Stampers and Happy Thursday! Today's card is one I made back in April at the crafting retreat I went to in Banff that was hosted by my upline. I was able to borrow my roomie's chevron background stamp for this card - now that I see it again, I think I am adding that stamp to my wish list! There are quite a few elements to this card and it took a while to make, but I think the end result is pretty awesome! I was inspired by a card I saw on Pintrest. The brad is retired but the linen thread and burlap ribbon are still current as are the colors of Pumpkin Pie, Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Early Espresso. Gorgeous Grunge was also used before the piece of Crumb Cake was embossed.
